Services Provided:
Intake appointment: A 60 minute appointment, either in person or via Telehealth, to review your child's developmental history and determine if an autism assessment is warranted. Online forms (consent, screeners) will be emailed prior to the appointment and must be completed prior to the appointment.
Comprehensive Assessment: A 3-4 hour appointment, which must be in person. A cognitive measure, the ADOS-2, an adaptive behavior measure, and a behavioral screener will be administered. Additional areas may be assessed as needed. The assessment comes with a 60 minute feedback session, which will take place 2-3 weeks after the assessment. This appointment can be in person or via Telehealth. A written report will be provided at this appointment.
ADHD/Learning Evaluations: Upon booking the evaluation by phone or by using our website, you will be sent forms to complete online. Forms will be emailed to both caregivers and teachers prior to the testing appointment. On the day of the assessment, background information will be reviewed with parents and testing will be conducted. Tests administered will vary by child, but typically include an IQ test, attention assessments, and academic testing if needed. ADHD testing only available for children who are in elementary school or older.
